December has always been a busy month. Upcoming holidays, exams to wrap up the semester and all. I can't really say I look forward to the break, I won't have much to do. But maybe something will come up. Father will probably send another lump of money this year. Maybe I can get something if I feel like it. I've studied a lot lately, now all I have to worry about is buying gifts and sending cards. Hmm...

I got a sudden call from my father, he arranged for me to fly to America for the Thanksgiving holiday. He seems to be doing well. It was nice, I guess... I didn't see much of him while I was there either. I did some sightseeing on my own though. I must have gotten lost a dozen times and on the plane home I had to sit next to this creepy man. He was awfully clumsy and kept accidentally touching my leg... but after I accidentally stabbed him with my fork he kept to himself.

Feels good to be back, though. Though I'll need to check if I missed anything important in school.

I almost set the house on fire last night. No one was hurt, but it was kind of funny, really. Dimes and Mr. Nickles freaked out, but Ms. Penny just sat on the counter and watched us all scramble around for the fire extinguisher. The kitchen is a mess, I guess I'll have to call someone to take a look at it and get it fixed. It was funny because father called just as the flame was put out. I didn't tell him what happened, he might worry. I guess for now I'll have to eat elsewhere and the felines will have canned cat food. I don't believe they will be happy.

    Hm, I should get in touch with Sei sometime to let her know I've found a few people for Student Council. I don't want a repeat of what happened last time. Ahaha. But there should be a few new students coming in this week and that's always fairly exciting. Other than that, things are status quo.

    I did buy a new cell phone a few nights ago, I'm still figuring out how to work it, but Lavi taught me how to make use of it...

    ...Ah, I better go rest now. I had a minor attack recently, so I should take it easy. Hmm, Kuga-sensei has started to bring us in to use the indoor pool and we have to dress appropriately. Ah, I hate wearing those things...

    It feels weird to be so active and involved in school, but I admit I'm having fun. Of course, being alone is fun too in it's own way.

    I think I might be coming down with something. That's what I get for falling asleep outside in this cold weather. I wonder if Lavi is alright, he might have gotten sick after being outside too. His cheeks often flush when I'm with him, poor guy, maybe he has a weak immune system and maybe he's getting germs from me.
    Father called a couple hours ago, we had an awkward nice conversation. I told him all about Student Council and making new friends, he seems relieved to hear this. I told him about how Ms. Penny and Dimes have come to join Mr. Nickles and I. He seems pleased to hear this as well. I feel like I can become a juvenile delinquent and he will be pleased to hear that news too.

    All is well here.

    On another note, Fujioka Haruhi has volunteered to become the Student Council Treasurer! =D I'm very happy. Now all we need is two Third Year Reps, a secretary, and a publicity person. Things are looking up, if I do say so myself. But now, I must go to bed since I'm a little short on slumber today.
